2. Faulty Products

• Eligibility: If your product is defective or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
• Timeframe: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to process your claim.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product or confirming the fault. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Items damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or refund.
